We locate, review and acquire businesses we see great potential in. Our expertise lies in software businesses and we are particularly interested in document management software, API driven businesses as well as SaaS businesses.

We are happy to look at any opportunity, and as we are location agnostic we are open to acquiring businesses in any location.
